Tool Time How Following the Moon Can Make Life Easier

The Following is an excerpt from Donna Cunningham's new book, THE MOON IN YOUR LIFE, published by Samuel Weiser, Inc, in March, 1996. It is reprinted here with permission. No, we're not settling down to watch an episode of Home Improvement. However, we are getting out our tool kit, full of astrological wrenches and ratchets. Life is much easier if you ride the lunar currents rather than try to swim against them. The corporate world teaches you to beat up on yourself when you can't produce at the same high rate every day, rain or shine, summer or winter. When you don't meet your Should Quotient, you wonder what's wrong with you--why you're having trouble crunching numbers when the Moon is in Pisces, for instance. Self-flagellation doesn't improve productivity, but it does increase stress. You need to know the best times for doing things. You need to know when the best thing to do is nothing at all. You need to know when to rest. There's no manual for that in the corporate world, but astrology does have one. It's called an ephemeris.
