Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny

Is this a match made in heaven? They are nothing if not cool. A poker-faced duo criss-crossing America in an effort to make the unreal real. Or at least explained. Sort of. How to really explain TV hit "The X-Files," since it's sci-fi anyway? Better that we don't know it all anyhow, as the truth can be, well, ask Mulder and Scully. Series stars Gillian Anderson (Dana Scully) and David Duchovny (Fox Mulder) are the intrepid agents in search of answers and quite a fetching pair they make. So will they ever? The *stars* have some answers of their own. Birth details: Gillian - August 9, 1968 Chicago, Illinois; David - August 7, 1960 New York, New York Born under a Leo Sun, Anderson also has her Mercury and Mars in Leo which means she knows she has talent. This redhead likes being a star, loves the spotlight, and wants to be more famous than her wildest dreams. To her credit, she knows what she wants and will go after it single-mindedly. In her mind, this means she must be in control. It's that Mercury in Leo which helps to make Anderson an interesting and entertaining woman at the same time. The limelight is also her best friend which is why she's so focused on looking good - only designer duds here, for sure! Her pickiness in relationships can be attributed to a Venus in Virgo. Co-star Duchovny has his Sun, Uranus, and Venus all in Leo, which means there's a definite edge to this man. Suffice it to say, he's pretty out there, making him a natural for "The X-Files." The unpredictable Duchovny will try anything or go anywhere once, and in love relationships, he craves excitement. Along with that, he's a dramatic and romantic guy, making wife Tea Leoni one of the luckiest gals in Hollywood! It's a Mars in Gemini which pegs Duchovny as an intellectual, someone who would engage in a spirited debate just for fun. When you put these two together, what you get, for better or for worse, is a clash of egos! Both Leos with much Lion energy, Anderson and Duchovny have the ability to work together and can certainly help make the other famous. However, each wants to be the boss and in control, the kind of thing which could lead to nitpicking over who makes more money or who reaps greater accolades among their peers. If they could put their egos aside, these two would make a great pair - their Mars signs are quite compatible and support this. As well, her Jupiter and his Pluto meet to make them a good money-making team. Even so, this may be destined to be a "marriage of convenience," as it were, so Scully and Mulder may be spending the rest of their days solving cases in lieu of a greater connection.
