Who believes in Astrology?

Do I need to believe in order to benefit by a reading? According to a Roper-Starch WorldWide Survey published in USA Today (1996), one out of four Americans believe in astrology - that's 50 million people! However, you don't have to 'believe in' astrology to benefit by it. Much like Meyers' Briggs and other psychotyping analysis, astrology is a tool for looking at your personality in order to better understand yourself and your interactions with others.
