Tiger Woods

Whose Star Is Rising? Tiger Woods Star Rising He's Nike's pitchman, a young man who's making golf hip. Golf? isn't that your dad's game? Not any longer. Tiger Woods is the youngest man ever to wear golf's fabled green jacket, a sartorial token of affection awarded to the winner of the Masters, golf's most prestigious tournament. With club in hand since the age of two, it's no surprise that Woods, has already established his name alongside those of Nicklaus, Palmer and Sneed. What do the *stars* make of all this? Birth Details: December 30, 1975 - Cypress, CA Born under a Capricorn Sun, Woods is both hard-working and ambitious and will actually get better the older he gets. With his Sun forming a T-square to Jupiter and Pluto, he's also likely to experience highs and lows where wealth and good fortune are concerned. Self and identity are important to the golfer, although this will be muted over time. Tiger WoodsA Sagittarius Moon has the effect of lightening up the often-heavy Woods, and it also bodes well for traveling and philosophical pursuits. With Venus in Scorpio, this young man could also be red-hot where women are concerned! It's his Venus trining Saturn which makes Woods somewhat formal in relationships, prompting him to pull out chairs and open doors. The good news is that if his Sagittarius Moon takes hold, you can look for golf's most eligible bachelor to loosen up and have fun with the ladies at last. Woods' Sun is also making a quincunx to retrograde Saturn in Leo, signaling issues of authority surrounding his father. This golfing sensation is prone to worrying about whether he's good enough to be ruler of his domain. Thankfully, the planets are in his favor with respect to overcoming these issues. As well, Mars in Gemini retrograde indicates that Woods internalizes many things and, despite his considerable drive (both literally and figuratively speaking!), often implodes rather than explodes. This is due to the way he sees himself and not others, another area where he needs to do work. Tee it up, Tiger!
